- You are not a resident of any prohibited state and you are not a member of any terror organization.
- If you are working on behalf of an organization, you hold all necessary permits to enter into an agreement.
Access: You cannot sell, rent, share or transfer your access to our website.
Acceptable Use: You shall use the product and services in its true form and refrain from any activity which may infringe, disrupt or delay services to the other users. You shall not use the services for any malicious activities such as sending spam, unsolicited messages, harass, stalk or threaten any other person or system. You shall not create any script, software, code or program which may impair, disrupt, diminish or add functionality to the services.
Verifying your Account: When registering for a product or service, WP CTA Pro may ask you to verify your identification through various means. If you have registered with an email ID, WP CTA Pro may send you a message to the same address that you’ve provided. This message may contain links or a list of information we’ll need to identify you as the sole owner of the email ID.
Securing Your Account: As a measure to keep our services and confidential information such as licenses, etc. safe, you are bound to secure your account with a strong password.
One Account Per Person: You are allowed to have only one account on our website. While each account is allowed to be used by a single user. If you are a part of an organization and own an account on behalf of it, you are allowed to grant access to a few employees. In this case, you will be held responsible for their behavior on our website.
Sharing an Account: You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account details with any third parties.
Abuse Notification: You are required to inform WP CTA Pro immediately, in case you get adequate information that your account has been hacked or if you get an information about the unauthorized usage of your account.

The services provided by WP CTA Pro as on this day are as mentioned below. WP CTA Pro holds complete authority to add or deprecate any services according to its sole discretion without any prior notice.
Online Store: WP CTA Pro shall allow you to purchase licenses through the online store. Any item shall be sold under a specific license and each item you purchase will be associated with unique license key.
Updates: WP CTA Pro may provide you with updates for the product offered. These updates can be implemented with your discretion, by updating the files and database on your server.
License Key: Every customer who purchases our product is provided with a license key that is required to unlock benefits such as automatic updates, support from our developers and extra resources for the product offered. This license key is a property of WP CTA Pro. You are free to use it on your own website. You can also use it on websites of your customers if the website is made by you. However sharing the license key with any third party is not allowed.
Knowledge Base: WP CTA Pro shall provide with certain manuals, articles and tutorials that will help you use the licensed product. Most of these are available free of cost, while WP CTA Pro holds the authority to charge for some additional documents.
PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
For all the services and products offered by WP CTA Pro, you will have to pay the specified fees as published on the respective websites from time to time. The payments shall be made via our third party service providers and subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
WP CTA Pro may from time to time determine or update the pricing for particular products and services. We may offer discounts, or run other promotions. Please check the respective product page before buying.
Subscriptions Renew Automatically
All WP CTA Pro products are sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew every year on the anniversary of the purchase date unless the purchaser cancels the subscription prior to the automatic renewal date. This is applicable for all paid products, except the ones that come with a lifetime license which do not require renewals.
Other details of WP CTA Pro license subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time easily by contacting us. If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the product and service after your license expires.
- If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your extension license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price (at that particular time) for the extension license. We cannot apply older pricing to your new renewal purchase.
REFUND POLICY
We believe in all our product and stand by its quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. Therefore, if you come across an issue that cannot be resolved by us, you can contact us for a refund within 14 days after purchase. We’ll be happy to refund the entire amount.
- We will process your refund as soon as possible if we cannot resolve your issue.
- You must give us 2-4 weeks to try to resolve the issue.
- No refunds will be processed after 14 days post purchase. If you are not happy, apply for a refund within 14 days after purchase.
- Refund periods are based on the first purchase date. If you have purchased and requested a refund in the past, the 14 days are from the first purchase, not the repurchase date.
- By requesting and receiving a refund, you relinquish all ownership of your license and agree to cease the use of the product immediately.
- We reserve the rights to reject a refund request if deemed necessary.
- You can submit a refund request by opening a support ticket.
- The refunds do not apply on renewal payments.

WARRANTY

Plugins from wordpressctapro.com is guaranteed to work on a clean WordPress installation. Due to the nature of WordPress, with it’s vast amount of plugins, wordpressctapro.com cannot guarantee the plugins to work with all third-party software, plugins and themes. We do not assume responsibility and will not be held responsible for any compatibility issues or conflicts caused by third-party software, plugins, themes, and/or server configuration. If any issues arise with third-party software, support is provided at our discretion.
Support
wordpressctapro.com sells and distributes several plugins “as is” and with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you would like, or that they will be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.
Premium support for plugins sold and distributed by wordpressctapro.com is only available for customers which own a valid, payed for license.
Licenses are valid one year, starting at the moment the purchase is made. Licenses include premium support and updates for one year. The plugin can be used after the license has expired, however it is not eligible for updates and premium support until the license has been renewed. Purchases that include an automatically renewing subscription continue to receive updates and premium support for as long as the license is valid. Renewing subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.
WP CTA Pro attempts to provide a high level of support, however we can not guarantee that every support request can, or will be answered to the complete satisfaction of the inquirer.
Automatic Updates
Automatic updates are available to licensees who have an active and valid subscription and license key. Automatic updates are available for wordpressctapro.com and all other installed wordpressctapro.com extensions. Automatic updates are available as long as the license key generated from the purchase is valid and active.
Plugin Delivery
WP CTA Pro is delivered to you via email after successfully processing your payment. This email will contain a download link and a valid license key. WP CTA Pros can also by obtained by logging into your account at https://wpctapro.com/ and clicking the appropriate download link. If you encounter any issues while obtaining the plugin or license, you can contact us through https://wpctapro.com/support to request your purchase information. You will have access to the files and license until the license expires. Access will be reinstated after renewing the license.
Ownership
The plugins developed by WP CTA Pro are provided without any kind of expressed or implied warranty. WP CTA Pro is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur due to the use or inability to use our plugins.
Support must be asked and WP CTA Pro must be given a reasonable time (minimal of 21 days) to fix a problem. After that, all liability is restricted to the amount payed for the license.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
WP CTA Pro may send you occasional emails to share some recent updates about our company and products. They’ll often contain information about recent updates, templates, freebies, promotions and more. You can opt out of our email newsletters anytime.
Website & Plugin Content
All content used on the website and plugin, including code, images, documentation, support and any other information is property of WP CTA Pro and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.
Price Changes
WP CTA Pro reserves the right to modify, change, cancel or upgrade a plugin subscription and/or license key without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.
License Agreement
By purchasing product(s) from WP CTA Pro, you indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions listed and detailed on this page. We reserve the right to change or modify the current Terms and Conditions without prior notice or consent.
Unlimited licenses are valid for any number sites on which you are actively managing the WordPress and plugin updates, on a fair use basis.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is declared unenforceable or invalid, all remaining clauses in this agreement shall remain binding on the customer.
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
